Proactive Agent
When Proactive Agent is enabled, Kontor actively monitors your integrations and suggests actions without being asked. Examples include:
- Follow-up reminders for unanswered emails
- Meeting prep briefs generated before calls
- Suggested tasks based on recent conversations
When disabled, Kontor only responds to direct requests in Chat.
Proactive Agent is available on Pro and Scale plans.
